    In Richmond, Virginia Lieutenant Governor Bill Bolling kicked off a financial literacy initiative for students featuring Visa's Financial Football with help from the Redskin's Santana Moss. As part of the statewide rollout, they joined students at Thomas Jefferson High School playing Financial Football, the free educational personal finance video game. Read more
